Meaning: to take control of

Example: He is difficult to work because he usually tries to take over the most interesting projects.

سر و سامان پیدا کردن، روی غلتک افتادن

Meaning: steady and balanced; moving calmly forward

Example: The local economy went through some difficult times when the factory closed, but it has been on an even keel for many years.

پس از بسته شدن کارخانه، اقتصاد محلی دوران سختی را پشت سر گذاشت اما دیگر سال هاست که این اقتصاد سر و سامان پیدا کرده است.
