Iran hopes OIC summit will bring unity to Muslim world

ایران امیدوار است اجلاس سازمان همکاری اسلامی برای جهان اسلام اتحاد به ارمغان آورد.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has expressed hope that the 13th summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in the Turkish city of Istanbul will reinforce unity and integrity in the Muslim world.

حسن روحانی زئیس جمهور ایران ابراز امیدواری کرده است که سیزدهمین اجلاس سازمان همکاری اسلامی در شهر استانبول ترکیه، یکپارچکی در جهان اسلام را تقویت کند.

Division and extremist dogma pose great threats to the Muslim world, Rouhani said in a meeting with high-ranking delegations of Iran and Kazakhstan in the presence of his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev in Tehran on Monday.

روحانی در جلسه سران عالی رتبه ایران و قزاقستان در حضور همتای قزاقش نور سلطان نظربایف روز دوشنبه در تهران گفت: تفرقه و عقاید افراطی تهدیدی بزرگ برای جهان اسلام است.

“We should have more cooperation in the fight against terrorism and extremism and ways to uproot differences in the Muslim world,” the Iranian president said.

رئیس جمهور ایران گفت: ما باید در جنگ علیه تروریسم و افراط‌گرایی و یافتن راه‌هایی برای از بین بردن اختلافات در جهان اسلام همکاری بیشتری داشته باشیم.

He emphasized that various crises in the Middle East should be settled only through political approaches.

او تاکید کرد که بحران‌های مختلف در خاورمیانه باید تنها از طریق رویکردهای سیاسی حل و فصل شوند.

The Iranian president said Iran and Kazakhastan attach importance to the establishment of security and stability in Afghanistan and believe that the national unity government in the war-torn country should be strengthened.

رئیس جمهور ایران گفت: ایران و قزاقستان اهمیت زیادی در ایجاد امنیت و ثبات در افغانستان قائل هستند و معتقدند که دولت وحدت ملی در این کشور جنگ زده باشد تقویت شود.

Rouhani added that terrorism has caused many problems in regional countries, particularly in Syria and Iraq.

روحانی افزود که تروریسم باعث ایجاد بسیاری از مشکلات در کشورهای منطقه به ویژه عراق و سوریه شده است.

“We regard political negotiations as the only final solution to the Syrian [crisis] and believe that all Syrian group and tribes shuold make contribution to and be instrumental in the country’s future,” he pointed out.

او متذکر شد: ما مذاکرات سیاسی را به عنوان تنها راه حل نهایی برای بحران سوریه می‌دانیم و معتقدیم که تمام گروه‌های سوری و قبایل باید همکاری و کمک کنند و در آینده کشور سودمند باشند.

The 13th annual OIC conference kicked off in Istanbul on Sunday with the main focus on the Palestinian cause, conflicts in member states and ways to fight terrorism. Over 30 heads of state and government will participate in the summit which will be hosted by Turkish President RecepTayyip Erdogan on Thursday and Friday.

سیزدهمین کنفرانس سالانه سازمان همکاری اسلامی در روز یکشنبه، با تمرکز اصلی بر نهضت فلسطین، درگیری‌های کشورهای عضو و راه‌های مبارزه با تروریسم در استانبول آغاز به کار کرد. بیش از ۳۰ حاکم و رئیس دولت در این اجلاس به میزبانی رحب طیب اردوغان رئیبس جمهور ترکیه روزهای پنجشنبه و جمعه برگزار خواهدشد شرکت خواهند کرد.

The OIC summit will be held under the theme “Unity and Solidarity for Justice and Peace.” A resolution on the Palestinian issue and support for international efforts to relaunch a “collective political process” will be issued at the end of the summit.

اجلاس سازمان همکاری اسلامی تحت عنوان اتحاد و همبستگی برای عدالت و صلح برگزار خواهد شد. قطعنامه‌ای در مورد موضوع فلسطین و حمایت از تلاش‌های بین‌المللی برای راه اندازی دوباره یک روند سیاسی جمعی در پایان نشست صادر خواهد شد.

The Iranian head of Iran-Turkey Joint Economic Commission, Mahmoud Vaezi, said on Monday that President Rouhani will attend the OIC summit in Istanbul on Thursday and Friday, IRNA reported.

ایرنا گزارش داد: رئیس ایرانی کمیته اقتصادی مشترک ایران و ترکیه، محمود واعظی، روز دوشنبه گفت که رئیس جمهور روحانی در اجلاس سازمان همکاری اسلامی در استانبول روز پنجشنبه و جمعه حضور خواهد یافت.

Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister MohammadJavad Zarif will also travel to Istanbul to take part in the meeting of OIC foreign minister on Tuesday and Wednesday.

ضمنا محمدجواد ظریف وزیر امور خارجه ایران برای حضور در جلسه سازمان همکاری اسلامی وزرای خارجه روز سه‌شنبه و چهارشنبه به استانبول سفر خواهد کرد.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for legal and International Affairs Abbas Araqchi attended a two-day meeting of the OIC senior officials where they adopted the agenda of the event.

معاون وزیر امور خارجه ایران در امور حقوقی و بین‌المللی، عباس عراقچی، در نشست دو روزه مقامات ارشد سازمان همکاری اسلامی حضور یافت که در آنجا دستور کار این رویداد را تصویب کردند.

The OIC is the second largest inter-governmental organization after the United Nations which has 57 members states spread over four continents.

سازمان همکاری اسلامی بزرگترین سازمان چند دولتی پس از سازمان ملل متحد است که ۵۷ عضو دارد و در ۴ کشور گسترش یافته است.

Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani on Sunday presented the budget bill for the next Iranian year that begins on March 21, 2018 to the Parliament with reports emerging that certain dramatic changes to a multiple-year costly subsidy reforms plan could already be on the way.

حسن روحانی رئیس جمهور ایران روز یکشنبه لایحه بودجه سال نو ایرانی که از ۲۱ مارس ۲۰۱۸ آغاز می‌شود را در حالی به مجلس تسلیم کرد که گزارش‌ها از تغییرات قابل توجهی در نحوه اجرای این طرح پر هزینه چند ساله حکایت دارد.

Rouhani’s proposed budget bill – in which he said creating jobs, eradicating poverty and creating social justice were central themes – would envisage a total spending of around Rials 1.19 quadrillion or $33.6 billion with each dollar at Rials 35434 as announced on Sunday by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI).

لایحه بودجه پیشنهادی روحانی که به گفته‌ او اشتغال زایی، فقر زدایی و ایجاد عدالت اجتماعی از موضوعات اصلی آن است، طبق اعلام روز یکشنبه بانک مرکزی ایران با احتساب هر دلار ۲۵۴۳۴ ریال، هزینه‌ای حدود ۱.۱۹ تریلیارد ریال یا ۳۳/۶ میلیارد دلار را در بر خواهد گرفت.

The figure of the current year’s budget bill – when presented to the MPs almost the same time last year – remained almost unchanged and stood at Rials 1.08 quadrillion or $33.8 billion with each dollar at Rials 32150 as announced by the CBI on the day of Rouhani’s appearance at the Parliament.

رقم لایحه بودجه سال جاری که در زمانی تقریبا مشابه سال گذشته به نمایندگان مجلس ارائه شد تقریبا بدون تغییر معادل ۱۰/۸ تریلیارد ریال یا ۳۳/۸ میلیارد دلار با احتساب هر دلار معادل ۳۲۱۵۰ ریال توسط بانک مرکزی ایران در روز حضور روحانی در مجلس اعلام شد.

Iran’s media reported that the president’s proposed next year budget bill envisaged a massive cut in cash handouts as carried out through the Subsidies Reform Plan i place since 2010.

به نقل از رسانه‌های ایران در لایحه بودجه پیشنهادی سال آینده رئیس جمهور کاهش چشمگیر در پرداخت یارانه‌های نقدی نسبت به زمانیکه نخستین بار طرح هدفمندی یارانه‌ها در سال ۲۰۱۰ به اجرا درآمد، پیش‌بینی شده است.

ISNA news agency in a report announced that the government’s budget to support monthly cash handouts would be almost slashed into half from the current Rials 420 trillion ($11.8 billion) to around Rials 230 trillion ($6.4 billion) for next year.

آژانس خبری ایسنا در گزارشی اعلام کرد که بودجه دولت برای حمایت از یارانه‌های نقدی ماهانه تقریبا از نصف مقدار کنونی ۴۲۰ تریلیون ریال یعنی حدود ۱۱.۸ میلیارد دلار به حدود ۲۳۰ تریلیون ریال یا ۶.۴ میلیارد دلار در سال آینده خواهد رسید.

That could mean that almost half of a population of 77 million that receive monthly cash handouts of Rials 445000 ($12.8) would receive nothing in the next Iranian year, ISNA added.

ایسنا اضافه کرد: این بدین معنی است که تقریبا نیمی از جمعیت ۷۷ میلیونی که یارانه نقدی به میزان ۴۴۵۰۰۰ ریال (۱۲.۸ دلار) دریافت می‌کنند در سال نو ایرانی چیزی دریافت نخواهند کرد.

The president announced in his remarks to the MPs that the mechanism to distribute cash handouts as per the Subsidies Reform would change next year.

رئیس جمهور در سخنان خود به نمایندگان مجلس اعلام کرد که مکانیسم توزیع یارانه‌های نقدی در راستای طرح هدفمندی یارانه‌ها در سال آینده تغییر خواهد کرد.

He said the Subsidy Reform Organization – that had been in charge of the subsidy reforms technicalities since that Plan’s implementation – would change into a new entity named Omid Social Welfare Fund (OSWF).

او گفت : سازمان هدفمندی یارانه‌ها که از زمان اجرای طرح، مسئولیت هدفمندسازی یارانه‌ها را داشته است به یک نهاد جدید به نام صندوق رفاه اجتماعی امید تغییر خواهد یافت.

He said his government would define a standard for minimum earning based on which those eligible to receive cash handouts would be identified and would be accordingly be put under the protection of the OSWF.

او گفت: دولتش یک استاندارد برای حداقل درآمد مشخص خواهد کرد که براساس آن کسانی که واجد شرایط دریافت کمک‌های نقدی هستند شناسایی شده و تحت پوشش صندوق رفاه اجتماعی امید قرار می‌گیرند.
