Zarif urges immediate halt to Saudi war on Yemen, delivery of aid to nation

ظریف خواستار توقف سریع جنگ با عربستان سعودی در یمن و تحویل کمک به ملت آن است.

Iranian Foreign Minister MohammadJavad Zarif has called for an immediate halt to the Saudi-led military campaign against Yemen, urging the delivery of humanitarian aid to the war-torn country.

محمدجواد ظریف وزیر امور خارجه ایران خواستار توقف سریع کارزار نظامی به رهبری عربستان سعودی علیه یمن شده و خواستار تحویل کمک‌های بشر دوستانه به آن کشور جنگ زده شد.

During a Saturday meeting with Yemeni HouthiAnsarullah movement’s spokesman, Mohammad Abdulsalam, Zarif pointed to Iran’s four-step solution to solve the crisis in Yemen and underlined the need for an urgent end to the bombardment and siege of the country.

ظریف روز شنبه در دیداری با سخنگوی جنبش حوثی انصارالله یمن، محمد عبداسلام، به راهکار چهارمرحله‌ای ایران برای حل بحران در یمن اشاره کرد و بر پایان دادن فوری به بمباران و محاصره این کشور تاکید کرد.

The top Iranian diplomat, earlier this week, outlined Iran’s four-step solution for the Yemeni conflict, namely an immediate ceasefire, humanitarian aid, intra-Yemeni talks and an inclusive government, warning that such foreign-backed fighting was tearing the country apart.

رئیس دستگاه دیپلماسی خارجی ایران این هفته راه حل چهار مرحله‌ای جمهوری اسلامی برای پایان دادن به اختلافات یمن را ارائه کرد که شامل آتش بس فوری، کمک‌های بشر دوستانه، مذاکرات داخلی طرف‌های یمنی و یک دولت فراگیر است. وی هشدار داد که چنین جنگی با حمایت خارجی منجر به از هم پاشیدگی کشور یمن می‌شود.

محمدجواد ظریف وزیر امور خارجه ایران می‌گوید چهار اقدام باید برای حل بحران‌ها در بمن صورت بگیرد.

During the Saturday meeting, Zarif further urged the international community to dispatch humanitarian aid to the impoverished nation as soon as possible.

در طی جلسه شنبه، ظریف بار دیگر از جامعه بین‌المللی خواست که در کمترین زمان ممکن کمک‌های بشردوستانه را به ملت فقرزده‌ی یمن ارسال کنند.

For his part, Abdulsalam briefed Zarif on the latest development and the humanitarian situation in Yemen.

عبدالسلام نیز آخرین تحولات و وضعیت انسانی در یمن را برای ظریف تشریح کرد.

Saudi Arabia has been leading a deadly campaign against Yemen from the air, land, and sea since March 2015 in an attempt to reinstate former president AbdRabbuh Mansur Hadi, a staunch ally of Riyadh, and to undermine the HouthiAnsarullah movement. Since nearly three years ago, the Houthis have been running state affairs and defending Yemeni people against the Saudi aggression.

از مارس ۲۰۱۵ تاکنون عربستان سعودی به منظور بازگرداندن رئیس جمهور پیشین عبدربه منصور هادی متحد قوی خود و تضعیف جنبش حوثی انصارالله، ائتلافی مرگبار را علیه یمن از هوا، زمین و دریا هدایت کرده است. از سه سال پیش، حوثی‌ها امور دولتی و دفاع از مردم یمن علیه تجاوز عربستان سعودی را به عهده دارند.

The UN has described the situation in Yemen as the “world’s worst humanitarian crisis.”

سازمان ملل متحد وضعیت یمن را به عنوان برترین فاجعه انسانی جهان توصیف کرده است.

The offensive has, however, achieved neither of its goals despite the spending of billions of petrodollars and the joining of Saudi Arabia’s regional and Western allies in the war.

اما باوجود صرف میلیاردها دلار نفتی و ائتلاف متحدان منطقه‌ای و غربی عربستان سعودی، این تهاجم به اهدافش دست نیافته است.

The war, which has so far killed at least 13600 people, has also taken a heavy toll on the country’s infrastructure, destroying many schools and factories.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has warned of regional threats to the interest of both Tehran and Ankara, calling for boosting bilateral ties in all sectors.

حسن روحانی رئیس جمهور ایران نسبت به تهدیدات منطقه‌ای به منافع تهران و آنکارا هشدار داده و خواستار تقویت روابط دو جانبه در تمامی بخش‌ها شده شده است.

President Rouhani said in a Thursday phone call with his Turkish counterpart RecepTayyip Erdogan that using national currencies in economic transactions could accelerate Tehran-Ankara relations.

رئیس جمهور روحانی روز پنج شنبه در گفتگوی تلفنی با همتای ترک خود رجب طیب اردوغان گفت که استفاده از ارزهای ملی در معاملات اقتصادی می‌تواند روابط تهران – آنکارا را تسریع کند.

Rouhani also stressed that Iran-Turkey ties should reach a strategic level in all fields.

روحانی همچنین تاکید کرد روابط ایران – ترکیه باید در تمامی سطوح به مرحله‌ای راهبردی برسد.

“Many threats in the region endanger the interest of both countries of Iran and Turkey and other Muslim states,” he said. “Given the very close viewpoint of the two countries in regional and international issues, cooperation and mutual political consultation should be continued.”

او گفت : بسیاری از تهدیدات در منطقه منافع هر دو کشور ایران و ترکیه و سایر کشورهای مسلمان را به خطر می‌اندازد. او اضافه کرد: با توجه به دیدگاه‌های بسیار نزدیک دو کشور در مسائل منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی، همکاری و مشورت‌های سیاسی متقابل باید ادامه یابد.

The Iranian president further underlined the need for boosting trilateral ties among Iran, Turkey and Russia and welcomed an upcoming meeting in Istanbul between the three countries’ president on the Syria crisis.

رئیس جمهور ایران سپس بر لزوم تقویت روابط سه جانبه میان ایران، ترکیه و روسیه تاکید کرد و از نشست آینده در استانبول میان روسای جمهور سه کشور در مورد بحران سوریه استقبال کرد.

Iran, Turkey and Russia are the guarantors of a countrywide ceasefire in Syria. The three have been mediating a peace process since January 2016 among Syria’s warring sides in Astana, Kazakhstan.

During Thursday’s telephone conversation, Erdogan urged reinforcing relations between Turkey and Iran in all areas of mutual interest.

He stressed that new regional threats show that close cooperation between the two countries is of great importance, expressing satisfaction with the development of bilateral security and counter-terrorism cooperation.

او تاکید کرد که تهدیدات جدید منطقه‌ای نشان می‌دهد که همکاری میان دو کشور از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار بوده و از توسعه همکاری‌های امنیتی و ضد تروریسم دو جانبه ابراز رضایت کرد.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has stressed the importance of long-term cooperation with Turkey on bolstering security in the region, especially in Syria.

حسن روحانی رئیس جمهور ایران بر اهمیت همکاری دراز مدت با ترکیه بر تقویت امنیت در منطقه به ویژه در سوریه تاکید کرد.

Rouhani made the remarks during a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held on the sidelines of an Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) summit in Istanbul on Wednesday.

روحانی این سخنرانی را روز چهارشنبه طی نشستی در حاشیه اجلاس سازمان کنفرانس اسلامی با رئیس جمهور ترکیه رجب طیب اردوغان در استانبول مطرح کرد.

“The Sochi summit proved that with each other’s cooperation positive steps can be taken towards solving the region’s problems,” said Rouhani.

روحانی گفت: نشست سوچی ثابت کرد که با همکاری یکدیگر می‌توان اقدامات مثبتی را به منظور حل مشکلات منطقه اتخاذ کرد.

Syria hails the closing statement of a trilateral summit of Iran, Russia, and Turkey which called for a political settlement of the conflict in the war-torn country.

سوریه از بیانیه نشست سه جانبه ایران، روسیه و ترکیه که خواستار حل و فصل درگیری سیاسی در این کشور جنگ زده شده، استقبال کرد.

The Sochi summit, held in late November in the Black Sea resort, was attended by Rouhani, Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

نشست سوچی در اواخر نوامبر در سواحل دریای سیاه با حضور روحانی، اروغان و رئیس جمهور روسیه ولادمیر پوتین برگزار شد.

“Tehran and Ankara have a common perspective towards battling terrorism and establishing security in the region,” added Rouhani military advisors and Russian airstrikes, have dealt crushing blows to Takfiri terrorists.

روحانی افزود: تهران و آنکارا دیدگاه مشترکی نسبت به مبارزه با تروریسم و برقراری امنیت در منطقه دارند. در ماه‌های اخیر نیروهای دولتی سوریه با حمایت مستشاران نظامی ایران و حملات هوایی روسیه شکست‌های سنگینی را به تروریست‌های تکفیری وارد کردند.
