The latest market figures indicate a giant increase in India’s imports of crude oil from Iran throughout October in yet another sign of success for the Iranian oil industry after the removal of sanctions that had decimated its exports for several years.

آخرین ارقام افزایش قابل توجه واردات نفت خام هند از ایران در ماه اکتبر نشان می‌دهد که یکی دیگر از نشانه‌های موفقیت صنعت نفت ایران پس از حذف تحریم‌هایی است که صادراتش را برای چندین سال مختل کرده بود.

Figures released by Reuters show India imported 183000 barrels per day (bpd) of crude oil and condensate – an ultra-light type of oil – from Iran. The figure showed an increase of 88 percent compared to September, the news agency added quoting tanker data.

ارقام منتشر شده توسط رویترز نشان می‌دهد هند روزانه ۱۸۳۰۰۰ بشکه نفت خام و میعانات گازی – نوعی نفت فوق سبک – از ایران وارد می‌کند. این آژانس خبری به نقل از خبرگزاری “تانکر دیتا” افزود، ارقام افزایش ۸۸ درصدی نسبت به ماه سپتامبر را نشان می‌دهد.

India’s imports of Iran’s oil over the same period were nonetheless lower that last year by 27 percent. The country’s imports of Iranian crude at the time stood at 250000 bpd.

البته واردات نفت هند از ایران در مدت مشابه نسبت به سال گذشته ۲۷ درصد کمتر بود. واردات نفت خام این کشور از ایران در آن زمان ۲۵۰۰۰۰ بشکه در روز بوده است.

Last month, figures showed that Iran’s oil exports to its Asian buyers – China, India, Japan and South Korea – has increased in September to the highest levels in the preceding six months.

ماه گذشته، ارقام نشان داد که صادرات نفت ایران به خریداران آسیایی‌اش شامل چین، هند، ژاپن و کره جنوبی در ماه سپتامبر به بالاترین سطح خود در شش ماه گذشه افزایش یافت.

Iran’s oil exports to those countries over the period, as reported by Reuters, stood at above 1.9 million barrels per day (mb/d). The figure indicated an increase of around 20 percent compared to August and marked a third straight monthly surge.

همان طور که رویترز گزارش داد صادرات نفت ایران به آن کشورها در آن دوره بیش از ۱.۹ میلیون بشکه در روز بوده است. این رقم افزایشی حدود ۲۰ درصدی است که در مقایسه با آگوست سومین افزایش مستمر ماهانه را نشان می‌دهد.

For several years before 2012 when Iran faced a series of draconian US-led sanctions, the country exported around 2.5 mb/c, with more than half going to Asia, mainly China, South Korea, India and Japan. The sanctions decreased exports to below 1 mb/d. After they were lifted in early 2016, Iran’s oil exports increased gradually and totally stand at around pre-sanctions levels.

در چند سال گذشته از سال ۲۰۱۲ زمانی که ایران با تحریم‌های سختگیرانه آمریکا روبرو شد، کشور در حدود ۲/۵ میلیون بشکه در روز صادر می‌کرد. که بیش از نیمی از آن به آسیا، به طور عمده به چین، کره جنوبی، هند و ژاپن می‌رفت. تحریم‌ها صادرات را به کمتر از ۱ میلیون بشکه در روز کاهش داد. پس از اینکه تحریم‌ها در اوایل سال ۲۰۱۶ تعلیق شد، صادرات نفت ایران به تدریج افزایش یافت و امروزه در سطح دوران پیش از تحریم قرار دارد.

Visiting India, President Hassan Rouhani has called on all Muslims across the world to preserve their unity in the face of the Israeli regime and other enemies.

طی سفر هند، رئیس جمهور حسن روحانی از همه مسلمانان در سراسر جهان خواست تا وحدت خود را در برابر رژیم اسرائیل و سایر دشمنان حفظ کنند.

Rouhani made the remarks after attending the Friday prayers at Makkah Masjid in the city of Hyderabad, the capital of the southern Indian province of Telangana.

روحانی این سخنان را پس از شرکت در نماز جمعه مسجد مکه در شهر حیدر آباد، پایتخت استان جنوبی هند تلانگانا، بیان کرد.

Rouhani also censured the US for recognizing Jerusalem al-Quds as the “capital” of Israel, calling on the Muslims to support the Palestinian cause.

Extending the Iranian people’s regards to the Indian nation, the president recalled prophet Muhammad (PBUH)’s teaching on the need for unity among Muslims and said “all Muslims’ prayers should be along these lines.”

رئیس جمهور سلام مردم ایران را به ملت هندوستان رساند و یادآور تعالیم حضرت محمد (ص) درباره ضرورت وحدت میان مسلمانان شده و گفت که دعاهای مسلمانان باید در راستای این خطوط باشد.

“If part of the Muslim society in the Islamic world today is suffering from a problem, it is because Islam’s teaching s and advice are not acted upon and that real Islam is not dominant,” he said.

او گفت: اگر بخشی از جامعه مسلمانان در جهل امروز اسلام از یک مشکل رنج می‌برد، به این دلیل است که به تعالیم و توصیه اسلام عمل نمی‌شود و اسلام واقعی غالب نیست.

US withdrawal from JCPOA, big strategic mistake: Rouhani

روحانی: خروج آمریکا از برجام، اشتباه استراتژیک بزرگ

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says the United States will make a “big strategic mistake” if it decides to pull out of the 2015 multilateral agreement on Tehran’s nuclear program.

حسن روحانی رئیس جمهور ایران می‌گوید: تصمیم ایالت متحده برای خروج از توافقنامه چند جانبه ۲۰۱۵ هسته‌ای تهران یک اشتباه استراتژیک بزرگ خواهد بود.

Speaking during a meeting with group of ambassadors and heads of foreign organizations in Tehran on Saturday, Rouhani added that the world would see that Washington’s withdrawal from the nuclear deal, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), would be the “US’ biggest folly in its political relations with the world and particularly with our region.”

روحانی طی سخنانی در نشست با گروه سفیران و روسای سازمان‌های خارجی روز شنبه در تهران، افزود که جهان خروج واشنگتن از قرارداد هسته‌ای که رسما به عنوان برجام شناخته می‌شود را به عنوان بزرگترین حماقت آمریکا در روابط سیاسی‌اش با جهان و به ویژه با منطقه به حساب خواهد آورد.

He emphasized that Iran has never violated its commitments under the JCPOA and expressed hope the nuclear deal would remain solid and turn into an appropriate model of solving regional and international issues.

او تاکید کرد که ایران هرگز تعهدات خود تحت عنوان برجام را نقض نکرده است و ابراز امیدواری کرده است که توافق هسته‌ای محکم باقی بماند و به یک الگوی مناسب برای حل مسائل منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی تبدیل شود.

Rouhani said Iran would not be the first to violate the landmark accord, but added that it has appropriate plans should the US move to exit the JCOA.

روحانی گفت: ایران در نقض توافق تاریخی هسته‌ای پیشگام نخواهد شد اما برنامه‌های متناسبی را در صورت هرگونه اقدام ایالات متحده برای خروج از توافق هسته‌ای در نظر خواهد داشت.

Iran and the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council – the United States, France, Britain, Russia and China – plus Germany signed the nuclear agreement on July 14, 2015 and started implementing it on January 16, 2016.

ایران و پنج عضو دائم شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد شامل ایالات متحده، فرانسه، بریتانیا، روسیه و چین به علاوه آلمان توافقنامه هسته‌ای را در ۱۴ جولای ۲۰۱۵ امضا کردند و از ۱۶ ژانویه ۲۰۱۶ آغاز به اجرای آن کردند.

Under the JCPOA, Iran undertook to put limits on its nuclear program in exchange for the removal of nuclear-ralated sanctions imposed against Tehran.

بر اساس برجام، ایران قبول کرد برنامه هسته‌ای خود را در ازای حذف تحریم‌های هسته‌ای اعمال شده علیه تهران محدود کند.

US President Donald Trump has repeatedly described the JCPOA, which was negotiated under his predecessors Barack Obama, as “the worst and most one-sided transaction Washington has ever entered into,” a characterization he often used during his presidential campaign, and threatened to tear it up.

دونالد ترامپ رئیس جمهور آمریکا بارها از برجام که رئیس جمهور قبل از او باراک اوباما بر سر آن مذاکره کرده بود به عنوان بدترین و یکطرفه‌ترین معامله‌ای که تا به حال واشنگتن به آن وارد شده است یاد کرده. توصیفی که او اغلب در کارزار انتخاباتی‌اش به کار برد و تهدید به پاره کردن آن کرد.

Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Shamkhani also told Iran’s Arabic-language Al-Alam news channel in an interview last month that the idea of making revisions to the JCPOA is brazen stressing that the suggestion is a mere delusion entertained by Trump.

علی شمخانی دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی ایران، نیز ماه گذشته طی مصاحبه‌ای با شبکه خبری عرب زبان ایرانی العالم، گفت ایده بازنویسی برجام وقیحانه است و تاکید کرد این پیشنهاد تنها خیالی باطل از سوی ترامپ است.

Rouhani also said Iran enjoys high security and rich energy resources, adding that the country welcomes foreign investment in various sectors, including oil, gas and petrochemistry.

روحانی همچنان گفت که ایران دارای امنیت بالا و منابع غنی انرژی است و اضافه کرد که کشورش از سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی در بخش‌های مختلف از جمله نفت و گاز و پتروشیمی استقبال می‌کند.

The Iranian president noted that the country has played a very active role in repelling threats against the region, including terrorism and separatism, in recent years and urged the settlement of regional crises only through political approaches.

رئیس جمهور ایران گفت که کشورش نقش بسیار فعالی در دفع تهدیدات منطقه ای از جمله تروریسم و جدایی طلبی در سالهای اخیر داشته و بر حل و فصل بحران‌های منطقه ای تنها با تکیه بر رویکرد سیاسی تاکید کرد.

“The military solution and foreign intervention as well as the flow of arms are not a appropriate solution to problems,” he said.

او گفت: راه حل نظامی و دخالت خارجی و نیز جریان تسلیحات را حل‌هی مناسبی برای مشکلات نیستند.

He expressed the Islamic Republic’s readiness to play a more active role to restore stability and security to the region in cooperation with all countries.
